Chestnut velouté
Chestnut and parsnip velouté, hazelnut oil, toasted chestnut crumbs, sourdough croutons.
The main
Squash risotto with truffle
Creamy butternut squash risotto, grated black truffle (or truffle oil), pan-fried chestnuts and mushrooms, orange-braised chicory.
The dessert
Raw chocolate fondant
Raw cacao and date fondant, vanilla cashew cream, blood-orange segments and lime zest.

Tell us the date in your request. Places are limited in December, and we reply within 24 h.
How much does a festive dinner cost?
Like a dinner: the price is counted per guest, depending on the table and the number of guests, with a €350 minimum per meal, groceries included. The chef sends you the menu and the calculation within 24 h.
How does the gift card work?
You make a request through the form, with the amount, which is free from €100. We email you a payment link. The card is valid for a year: the person who receives it chooses the date and the chef.
What about allergies, gluten-free, children?
You mention them in your request: the chef builds the menu around them and confirms it with you before the date.
