Add a chef to your stays

A plant-based chef for your groups and your guests, a page for your venue. The chef does the shopping, cooks on site, serves and leaves the kitchen spotless.

For your venue

What your venue gains

  • A page for your venue, with its beds, its kitchen and its formats
  • A plant-based chef to offer to your groups, your retreats and your guests
  • Meals taken care of: groceries, cooking, table service, washing-up
  • A direct exchange with the chef before each visit

For a venue

How it works for a venue

Your venue stays a place of welcome. Here, simply, is what changes and what doesn't.

You stay what you are

Your venue is not a restaurant and doesn't become one: you don't sell meals. Your nights and your rentals, you sell as before, through your own channels: your website, Airbnb, the phone. We sell no nights, and we never display a combined venue + chef price.

The chef comes for your guests

The chef is an independent who comes to cook for your guests, the way a private chef visits a private home. Your guests, or the retreat organiser, book them on Hire a Healthy Chef and pay online. The chef brings their own professional insurance and hygiene standards; you lend your kitchen.

Your page, two buttons

Your page shows your venue, your kitchen and your capacity. It carries two buttons: “Book this venue”, to your website or booking page, and “Invite a chef here”, to our request form, with your venue already filled in. The guest combines the two.

Your 5%

You receive 5% of the amount of the tables you bring us: a guest who books a chef from your page, with your code, or because you referred them to us. It is paid after the service. Nothing to manage: no groceries, no service, no meal invoice.

A private venue, a page by invitation

Your house isn't rented out publicly? It can have a page “by invitation”: visible only through the link you share, with no address published.

What you give us: photos, your capacity, your kitchen, a few words, and your written consent to publish.

Do we need a restaurant licence?

No: you don't sell meals, and your venue doesn't become a restaurant. The chef is an independent provider who cooks for your guests, with their own professional insurance. For the use of your kitchen, we advise you to confirm it with your insurer.

Who invoices what?

You invoice your nights and your rentals, as before. The chef invoices their meals to your guests, through Hire a Healthy Chef. We pay you your 5% after the service. You have no meal invoice to make.

What if our guests want to sleep AND have a chef?

That is two bookings, two invoices, one single stay: the night at your place, through your usual channels; the chef with us, on Hire a Healthy Chef.

Our house isn't open to the public

It can have a page by invitation: visible only through the link you share, with no address published.

FAQ

Venues ask us

Do we need a big kitchen?

A kitchen where a chef can work: hob, oven, worktop, water. Describe it in the form, and we will look together at what suits your formats.

My venue is only open part of the year: is that possible?

Yes. Tell us your hosting season: the venue page shows it, and requests take it into account.

Who takes care of the meals?

The chef. They do the shopping, cook on site, serve at the table, wash up and leave the kitchen clean.
